Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and carrier charges associated with a return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be subject to deductions from any refund issued.

Training Tool Notice
SLAP FLAP is a tennis swing training aid designed for shadow swing practice and skill development.
We encourage customers to review the setup and training videos and complete at least 10–15 practice swings before requesting a return, as most players need a short adjustment period to understand the SLAP FLAP two-sound feedback system.
